Delivery charges for all the orders is FREE all over Pakistan. However, if you need express delivery then you may have to pay some amount for the delivery. The express delivery charges depends upon your order. Express delivery is available upon call only.
There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier. Standard Delivery – is FREE for all local orders and it takes approximately upto 5 working days to reach you from the time of order. Express Delivery – is available at an additional charge and it takes approximately upto 2 working days to reach you from the time of order. Express delivery is available only on Call. To serve you better, you may even choose the timing of your deliveries from 9am to 6pm, weekdays regardless of Standard or Express deliveries.
When you successfully placed your order you will receive an email with your oder details. Also the customer representative of PrettyRobe.com will call you for order confirmation. After the confrimation your order will be distpatched immidiately.
Yes, a PDF invoice will be attached with your order confirmation email.
Your orders are dispatched via third party couriers. They will deliver your order to your door steps.
After the successful placement of your order your order will be dipatche via COD. Cash on delivery means you will pay the order amount when the delivery person is on your door step.
Wishlists on PrettyRobe.com are features that allow the creation of collections with desired products saved by clients, in their user’s account. Basically, they are used when users have an interest in your products, but they didn’t intend to make a purchase at exactly that time.
In case you receive a damaged or the wrong product you have to inform prettyrobe.com immidiately. After that you will have to fill an online form for the claim. Yes, you can change or cancel your order on the time of confirmation from the PrettyRobe.com representative or before your order is dispatched.
In order to track your order just go the link order tracking and give the necessary information to know about the status of your oder. You will also receive and email for the order tracking.
